Step 1: Reach Out
Contact us through our online form by clicking schedule appointment or completing the form below, email, or call us to share what you’re looking for support with. You don’t need to have everything figured out, we’ll help guide the process.
Step 2: Initial Consultation
We will schedule an initial consultation or intake session to better understand concerns, goals, and service needs. This session allows time to ask questions and discuss whether therapy is the right next step.
Step 3: Personalized Care Plan
If therapy is recommended, we work together to create a care plan tailored to individual needs, goals, and preferences. Session frequency and focus are discussed collaboratively.
Step 4: Ongoing Support & Collaboration
Therapy is an ongoing process. We adjust care plans over time and, when appropriate, collaborate with families or other providers to support progress.
Mental Health Therapy: Insurance & Payment
Services are currently offered on a private pay basis, with insurance options coming soon. Fees and payment policies are reviewed clearly before services begin.
GETTING STARTED WITH SPEECH THERAPY

Step 2: Speech Therapy Evaluation
A speech and language evaluation is completed to better understand strengths, challenges, and areas of need. Evaluation results help guide therapy recommendations.
Step 3: Begin Speech Therapy (If Recommended)
If speech therapy is recommended, services typically begin based on the evaluation plan. Therapy frequency is individualized and may range from one to two sessions per week, depending on goals and needs.
Step 4: Ongoing Support & Collaboration
Progress is monitored regularly, and therapy plans are adjusted as needed. Family involvement and collaboration with schools may be included when appropriate.
